Subscription & Returns
SUBSCRIPTION PROCESS, RENEWAL, CANCELLATION, SHIPPING, BILLING & REFUNDS
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the continental US. If you purchase a subscription to Medjool Days through our Site, you will receive an initial package with your supply of dates or date-related products, then according to your chosen subscription plan (30-day, 60-day, or 90-day), we will send you subsequent shipments. Our subscription terms are designed to ensure you consistently enjoy your dates without interruption.
Your subscription will continue, and you will be charged, at the interval corresponding to your chosen subscription plan (every thirty (30) days for a 30-day plan, every sixty (60) days for a 60-day plan, or every ninety (90) days for a 90-day plan), until you choose to cancel. However, please note that all fees for the Services are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, we will send you any outstanding supply of dates or date products that have already been paid for, but we will not refund you any amounts for shipments not received as of the date of cancellation. There is no subscription fee associated with your subscription; you will only be charged for the cost of the product and any relevant cost of shipping and handling. After your initial subscription period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically commence on the first day following the end of such period (each a "Renewal Commencement Date") and continue for an additional period corresponding to your chosen plan (30, 60, or 90 days), at our then-current price for such subscription. You agree that your account will be subject to this automatic renewal feature unless you cancel your subscription at any time prior to the Renewal Commencement Date by emailing us at support@medjooldays.com or by canceling your subscription in your online account (if available in your customer portal).
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment provider now, and again at the beginning of any subsequent subscription period. If you choose to cancel your subscription at any time, your subscription will terminate automatically, and we will not charge your payment provider for the subsequent subscription period. You agree that we may either terminate or suspend your subscription for any reason at any time in our sole discretion.
Your product will be sent within 3-5 business days using USPS, UPS, or FEDEX, yet may take longer due to unforeseen delays.
REFUNDS:
Refunds are only granted in limited circumstances. Refunds will not be granted on any discounted orders, including any introductory promotion (e.g., promotional percentage off your first order). Please note that your account will be charged according to your chosen subscription interval (every thirty (30), sixty (60), or ninety (90) days) unless adjusted. You must cancel or skip before your date of charge to avoid responsibility for any charges and taxes. If a product arrives with visible quality issues, refunds or partial refunds may be granted at our sole discretion, provided the customer emails us with proof (e.g., photos) within 2 days of product arrival. Any other refunds will be issued by us at our sole discretion. If you would like to request a refund on a non-discounted order, please contact us at support@medjooldays.com.
RETURNS:
Our dedication to providing fresh and safe products drives all of our decision-making. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any perishable items. If you received a damaged or incorrect non-perishable item, please contact us at support@medjooldays.com with details and photos within 10 days of delivery. All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
We accept the following bank or credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal.
You may be charged local tax, if applicable. If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to process your charge until the transaction is approved. If we are unable to complete the transaction, we may contact you directly to update your account information.
We use a third-party service provider for payment services (e.g., credit card transaction processing, merchant settlement, and related services). You hereby consent to provide and authorize Medjool Days and its third-party service provider to share any information and payment instructions you provide to the extent required to complete payment transactions in accordance with this Agreement, including personal, financial, credit card payment, and transaction information. Upon initial registration of your credit card, you may see a pending charge as part of the authorization confirmation process. This is not a charge and is used to confirm account authenticity. We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply.
The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
