SHIPPING POLICY

At Medjool Days, we're dedicated to ensuring your delicious dates arrive fresh and ready to enjoy. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

How Do We Ship Your Dates?
All orders from Medjool Days are shipped with USPS Priority Mail. We aim for a delivery time of 4-6 business days once your order has been processed and dispatched.

How Long Does It Take To Process Your Order?
Each box of dates is prepared with care! It typically takes our dedicated team about 2-3 business days to meticulously process your order. This includes diligently picking, cleaning, sorting, inspecting, and carefully packing your dates to ensure they meet our high-quality standards before they leave our facility. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order.

What Are the Shipping Charges?
Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order to ensure fair pricing. Our USPS Priority Mail rates are as follows:

  • For 2lb – 3lb orders: $8.62 per order

  • For 4lb – 9lb orders: $14.96 per order

  • For 10lb orders: $16.79 per order

  • For 11lb – 20lb orders: $26.52 per order

  • For 21lb and up orders: $35.00 per order

What If I Entered the Wrong Address?
If you realize you've made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@medjooldays.com. Our team will do our best to assist you within 1 business day to correct the address before your order ships.

Additional Things to Consider:

  • Undeliverable Packages: If your package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier or requires updated information for delivery, you may be responsible for any additional carrier fees incurred.

  • Order Cancellation for Undeliverable Packages: Should your package be undeliverable and you decide to cancel your order, all carrier fees associated with the failed delivery and return (if applicable) will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

  • Returning Undeliverable Packages: If an undeliverable package is returned to our facility, you will have 2 business days from the date we receive it back to arrange for rerouting. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.

  • Damaged Parcels: If you notice your parcel is damaged during transit, please, if possible, reject the parcel directly from the courier at the time of delivery. If the parcel was delivered without you being present and you discover damage, please contact our customer service team immediately with details and photos so we can assist you with the next steps.
